Proof of Coverage

Follow these steps if you need a certificate of insurance as proof of coverage when applying for a work visa with your local embassy.

When applying for a work visa, you may download a current copy of the 2025 BMC Software Travel Certificate and complete the following sections:

• Insured Name:
• Country to be Visited:
• Date of Birth:
• Travel Dates:

Once completed, the Travel Certification certifies coverage to covered individuals traveling on a trip authorized by the Policyholder outside of your home country or country of permanent assignment.

Outlined in the document include the following in USD:

• Emergency Medical Benefit - Up to $250,000
• Emergency Medical Evacuation - 100% of Covered Expenses
• Repatriation of Remains - 100% of Covered Expenses
